My Sandwich Recipe

Hi guys, sorry for the delay in posting anything this month - things have just been pretty busy! I thought I would share with you my favourite sandwich combination. I love having this for lunch with some freshly squeezed juice (apple, mint and ginger is the best!) and it fills me up perfectly for the rest of the day until dinner.

I love sandwiches because they really don't require that many ingredients, and often you can just make them with left overs in your fridge! I decided to go for a healthier BLT, which I call the 'TLT' (turkey, lettuce, tomato) I would explain how to make it but its pretty self explanatory from the pictures ;)

 My mom wanted to add some avocado slices, so feel free to, what every floats your boat.
 And enjoy, if the weather is nice sit outside with a good book and a cool glass of lemonade or freshly squeezed juice... doesn't that sound wonderful?
